Battery Cell Selection

Battery Management System (BMS)
NuEnergy recognizes the importance of the BMS to manage the critical performance of the battery pack.
Safety is our number one priority at NuEnergy. Managing the batteries charge, discharge, state of health (SOH), state of charge (SOC), ensures safe usage and longer life. The BMS can provide operational data to customers for real time monitoring.
Communications

Prototype
Prototypes are developed once the specification is approved. One important consideration for the prototype is the type of enclosure that will house the battery and all of its critical components. The pack enclosure must be able to support the battery and pass the rigorous tests that accompany safety certifications.
NuEnergy offers complete customization of battery pack enclosures. The design team will work with you to determine the appropriate enclosure for your battery pack whether it be a soft pack or hard enclosure. Down to the last detail such as the plastic grade for the environments your product will encounter, we will lead the way.

Certifications
Safety is the number one priority at NuEnergy Storage Technologies. NuEnergy works with the customer to establish which certifications are necessary to go to market.
